We’ve all seen it, the cargo leaves the door and a few seconds (or less) later it’s all just fragments on the ground. Whether it was the rigger, the spotter, or just an equipment failure, it elicits the same general “oh shit ” feeling followed by a chuckle of the mess it’s made when we realize no one has been hurt.
